Well, its been an eventful week to say the least, following on from the success of the fashion show last week were we raised almost £1400, we met with the Parish Council on Wednesday who very kindly donated over £2300 to the fund and then today we have received a letter from Ribble Valley Borough Council confirming that we have been awarded £3000 towards the project.
This takes us to approx £55,000 in total towards phase 1 of the restoration, this is amazing within 12 months and a huge thanks to all involved in anyway. Hopefully we should be able to make a start with the builders in the next few weeks. Onwards & upwards………..literally!
